Everything we achieve together is because of the deep trust and love we’ve built across California and in each of the place-based committees and teams we support. For many of our leaders, Líderes Campesinas is like a family- a place where we can share our deepest fears and celebrate our biggest wins. We take care of each other and teach one another about our fundamental rights and how to protect them. Together, we shine a light on the challenges facing farmworker women and show what’s possible when our community’s leaders are loved, supported, and organized.
