MISIÓN
Nuestro Objetivo
La misión de Líderes Campesinas es el desarrollar el liderazgo de campesinas para que ellas sean el puente que logre los cambios sociales, económicos y políticos que aseguren sus derechos humanos. Este liderazgo está creando una organización por y para campesinas. Este enfoque hace hincapié en fortalecer la capacidad y desarrollo de liderazgo de campesinas para que ellas aprendan como hacer decisiones democráticas, capacitar a otras colegas así como una mezcla de educación popular (tradicional y nueva), utilizar métodos de alcance donde movilizan y organizan reuniones en casa y presentaciones de teatro y otros métodos nuevos en eventos comunitarios.

Campesinas themselves take the lead in developing the structure and the culture of the organization. The structure of the organization includes a Board of Directors, which is composed of an elected representative and an alternate from each of the nine local campesina committees
The organizations principal goal is to form a network of communication throughout the state of California to promote the development of a united effort between campesinas and other groups who advocate the rights of the campesina community.
